## Frequently asked questions

    Yes. The Free plan gives you 20 credits with no time limit. You can use those credits for Build and Light Solve. Pro also includes Light Solve. Full Solve is available on Rocket and Booster via automatic routing. No credit card is required to start on Free.

  <Accordion title="Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?">
    Yes, anytime from **Settings > Subscription**. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

  <Accordion title="Are team members charged separately?">
    No. All plans have a flat monthly platform fee with unlimited team members.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens to my projects if I cancel?">
    Your projects remain accessible. You can generate outputs until your credits run out. All unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle when you cancel.

  <Accordion title="How does annual billing work?">
    Annual billing is available for all paid plans and gives you 20% off. You pay upfront for 12 months at the discounted rate. Credits are still allocated monthly on the same schedule.
