The People & Hiring pillar tells you **who works there**, who is joining or leaving, and what hiring patterns imply about strategic direction. Hiring signals are often the earliest indicator of a move, appearing months before any public announcement.

The People & Hiring pillar has five sub-tabs: **Overview**, **Employee sentiment**, **Active hiring**, **Leadership**, and **Departures**.

## What it watches

* **Hiring velocity**: how many roles are posted, how fast the count changes, and posting cadence
* **Functions and seniority**: which departments are growing and at what level (IC vs management vs executive)
* **Leadership moves**: C-suite and VP-level hires, departures, and organizational restructuring
* **Key personnel changes**: notable individual moves with context on impact and replacement status
* **Team growth patterns**: headcount trends over time, department-level shifts, and acceleration signals
* **Employee sentiment**: Glassdoor ratings, Blind mentions, burnout signals, and internal morale indicators
