Subscription management is only available on the web browser. You need a logged-in Rocket account to manage your plan.
Buy a plan
Open the sidebar
If the sidebar is closed, click the sidebar toggle in the top-left corner of the dashboard to expand it.

Click Upgrade
In the sidebar, click the Upgrade button next to your current plan badge. This opens the Subscription tab directly.

Refuel your token balance
Go to Subscription tab
Return to the Subscription tab by clicking Upgrade in the sidebar.
Upgrade to another plan
Click Upgrade on a different plan
In the Subscription tab, pick Upgrade on the desired tier.
Downgrade your plan
To downgrade, open the Stripe customer portal by clicking Manage beside your active plan in the Subscription tab, then select a lower-tier plan.- Downgrades are scheduled for your next billing cycle.
- You keep your current plan and token balance until then.
Cancel your subscription
Open Manage Subscription
In the Subscription tab, choose Manage beside your active plan.

Update your payment methods
Go to Payment Methods
Open Manage, then scroll to Payment Methods.

Methods linked to live subscriptions stay locked until you switch the plan to a new method.
Update your billing information
Open Manage Subscription
Navigate to the Subscription tab and choose Manage.
Click Update Billing Information
Scroll to Billing Information and select Update Billing Information.

Download an invoice or receipt
Go to Invoice History
Inside Manage Subscription, scroll to Invoice History.
