Before you begin
You’ll need:
- A logged in Rocket account.
Mobile app limitation: Subscription management is not available on the mobile app. Please use the web browser to manage your subscription.
Buy a plan
Click Upgrade
Select Upgrade on the plan that aligns with your workload.
Success check: The secure checkout screen opens with your selection pre-filled.
Refuel your token balance
Go to Subscription tab
Return to Account Settings → Subscription.
Upgrade to another plan
Click Upgrade on a different plan
Inside Account Settings → Subscription, pick Upgrade on the desired tier.
Downgrade your plan
To downgrade, open the Stripe customer portal by clicking Manage beside your active plan in Account Settings → Subscription, then select a lower-tier plan.- Downgrades are scheduled for your next billing cycle.
- You keep your current plan and token balance until then.
Cancel your subscription
Open Manage Subscription
In Account Settings → Subscription, choose Manage beside your active plan.



Update your payment methods
Go to Payment Methods
Open Manage, then scroll to Payment Methods.

Methods linked to live subscriptions stay locked until you switch the plan to a new method.
Update your billing information
Open Manage Subscription
Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription and choose Manage.
Click Update Billing Information
Scroll to Billing Information and select Update Billing Information.

Download an invoice or receipt
Go to Invoice History
Inside Manage Subscription, scroll to Invoice History.
