Manage your subscription
Take full control of your Rocket experience. Buy a plan, refuel, update payment methods, cancel, or download invoices with ease.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to:
- Buy or upgrade a Rocket plan.
- Refuel your token balance.
- Cancel or switch subscriptions.
- Add, delete, or update payment methods.
- Download your invoice or receipt.
Before you begin
- A signed-in Rocket account.
Buy a plan
Open your profile menu
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Click your profile icon to access settings
Go to Settings
From the dropdown, click Settings.
Click 'Settings' from the dropdown
Open the Subscription tab
In the settings popup, click Subscription from the left-hand panel.

Choose a plan
Browse the available plans.

Click Upgrade
Click Upgrade on your preferred plan.
Success check: You’re redirected to the payment screen.
Subscribe to the plan
Fill in your payment details and click Subscribe.

Success check: You’ll get a confirmation email with your receipt. Your new plan will appear in your subscription settings, and tokens will be added to your account.
Refuel your token balance
Go to Subscription tab
Navigate to Settings → Subscription.
Click Refuel
Click Refuel 5M tokens @ $20 next to your token balance.

Choose quantity and confirm payment
Select the number of packs. Click Pay to complete.

Upgrade to another plan
Click Upgrade on a different plan
In Settings → Subscription, choose another plan and click Upgrade.

You’ll be redirected to the payment page to complete the upgrade.
No need to cancel first – Rocket upgrades the plan automatically.
Cancel your subscription
Open Manage Subscription
In Settings → Subscription, click Manage on your current plan.

Click Cancel Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription to begin cancellation.

Confirm the cancellation
Review your billing end date, then click Cancel subscription to cancel.

Success check: Plan stays active until your billing period ends.
Update your payment methods
Go to Payment Methods
Click Manage under Subscription. Then scroll to the Payment Methods section.

Add a new payment method
Click + Add payment method.
You’ll be taken to a screen where you can choose a payment method.

Use the three-dot menu next to a saved payment method to Delete it or Make default.
You won’t be able to delete a payment method that’s attached to an active subscription.
Update your billing information
Open Manage Subscription
Go to Settings → Subscription and click Manage on your current plan.
Click Update Billing Information
Scroll down to the Billing Information section. Click Update Billing Information.

Edit and save your details
Update your name, address, or other billing details as needed. Then click Save.
Tip: You can also add your legal entity name and tax details in your billing information for easier invoicing.
Success check: Your new billing info will appear in the Billing Information section.
Download an invoice or receipt
Go to Invoice History
In the Manage Subscription screen, scroll to Invoice History.

View or download invoice
Click an invoice to open it. Then choose Download Invoice or Download Receipt.
