In this guide, you’ll learn how to:
  • Buy or upgrade a Rocket plan.
  • Refuel your token balance.
  • Cancel or switch subscriptions.
  • Add, delete, or update payment methods.
  • Download your invoice or receipt.

Before you begin

You’ll need:
  • A signed-in Rocket account.

Buy a plan

Open your profile menu

Click in the top-right corner.

Go to Account Settings

From the dropdown, click Account Settings.

Open the Subscription tab

In the settings panel, select Subscription from the left side.

Choose a plan

Browse available plans.
Annual plans include a 20% discount.

Click Upgrade

Click Upgrade on the plan you want.
Success check: You’ll be redirected to the payment screen.

Subscribe to the plan

Fill in your payment details, then click Subscribe.

Success check: You’ll receive a confirmation email and receipt. The new plan will show up in your subscription tab, and tokens will be added to your account.

Refuel your token balance

Go to Subscription tab

Open Account Settings → Subscription.

Click Refuel

Click Refuel 5M tokens @ $20 next to your token balance.

Choose quantity and confirm payment

Select the number of token packs you want, then click Pay.

Upgrade to another plan

Click Upgrade on a different plan

In Account Settings → Subscription, click Upgrade on a different plan.

Confirm the upgrade

You’ll be redirected to the payment page to complete the change.
No need to cancel first. Rocket upgrades your plan automatically.

Open Manage Subscription

In Account Settings → Subscription, click Manage next to your current plan.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription to begin the cancellation process.

Confirm the cancellation

Review the billing end date. Click Cancel subscription to confirm.

Success check: Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Update your payment methods

Go to Payment Methods

Click Manage under Subscription. Then scroll to the Payment Methods section.

Add a new payment method

Click + Add payment method to open the form.

To delete or set a default method:
Click the three-dot menu next to a saved method to Delete it or Make default.
You cannot delete a payment method linked to an active subscription.

Update your billing information

Open Manage Subscription

Go to Account Settings → Subscription and click Manage on your current plan.

Click Update Billing Information

Scroll to the Billing Information section. Click Update Billing Information.

Edit and save your details

Update your name, address, or tax info, then click Save.
Tip: You can add your legal entity name and tax ID for proper invoicing.
Success check: Your updated info appears in the Billing Information section.

Download an invoice or receipt

Go to Invoice History

In the Manage Subscription screen, scroll to Invoice History.

View or download invoice

Click an invoice to view it. Then choose Download Invoice or Download Receipt.

Success check: Your invoice or receipt is downloaded as a PDF.
