Kickstart with templates
Pick, preview, and launch from Rocket’s growing library of ready-to-go app templates.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to:
- Explore Rocket’s built-in template library.
- Get smart template suggestions while chatting with Rocket.
Before you begin
- A general idea of what you want to build.
Two ways to get started
Rocket meets you where you are - whether you want to explore or just describe your idea.
- Browse-first: Dive into the template library and visually choose what fits your goal.
- Prompt-first: Type what you’re building, and Rocket suggests the closest match with a live preview.
Both lead to the same outcome: a faster, smarter starting point.
Explore templates manually
From the landing page, click the Templates tab to open Rocket’s visual template explorer.
Browse and search templates built for real use cases
You can browse templates by type like Landing Pages, Internal Tools, Dashboards, or Mobile Apps or use the search bar to find something specific.
Get template suggestions while chatting
If your prompt matches a known use case, Rocket will suggest a relevant template right in the conversation.
Templates suggested inside the code generation flow
When Rocket finds a match, you’ll see the recommended template cards in the area next to the chat interface.
Preview before using (in any flow)
Whether you’re browsing the library or getting a suggestion in chat, hovering over any template card gives you:
- A “Use this template” button to instantly start with it.
- A “Learn more” button to open a modal/page with:
- Included screens
- Template screenshots
- A quick overview of how it’s structured
You get full context before committing - no guesswork required.
Good to know: Using templates doesn’t use any tokens, they’re free to explore, preview, and apply as often as you like.
Better builds, faster launches
Templates give you structure that’s been tested and optimized - so you’re not starting from scratch or guessing your way forward.
Can’t find what you need?
Email support@rocket.new and request a specific template. We will review it and if it fits the Rocket library, we’ll add it in.
