You’ll need:
  • A mobile app already created in Rocket.
  • Your project open and ready to publish.

Open your mobile project

Launch your mobile app project in Rocket.
You’ll see the Publish button at the top-right corner.

Find the Publish button for mobile

You should see a popup titled Publish on Netlify.

Click Publish Now

In the popup, hit Publish Now to begin the deployment.

What happens next?
The button changes to Publishing, and Rocket gets to work.
Rocket deploys your mobile app to a Rocket-hosted Netlify domain. You don’t need your own account.

Your mobile app is live!

After publishing, you’ll see a confirmation screen with your mobile-ready link.

Live mobile deployment with controls

Here’s what’s new:
  • A public mobile app URL.
  • Update button to re-publish new changes.
  • Un-publish link to take it offline.
All mobile apps are hosted on Rocket’s Netlify account.
Custom Netlify or domain integrations are not supported for mobile apps.

Update or un-publish your mobile app

Need to refresh or remove your app?
  • Update: Overwrites the live version with your latest changes.
  • Un-publish: Removes the public link entirely.

Un-publish your mobile app with one click

If you click Un-publish, you’ll be asked to confirm.
  • Cancel returns you to your app.
  • Confirm takes the app offline immediately.
Free users can’t un-publish mobile apps.
Want full control? Upgrade to remove it.
Once un-published, the link is no longer accessible. You can publish again anytime.
