What it watches

Employee sentiment

Shows Glassdoor and Blind ratings, CEO approval, recommendation rates, review volume, and sentiment signals including burnout warnings. Sub-ratings are compared to industry averages.

Active hiring

Shows open roles by department, posting velocity, seniority distribution, and hiring pattern signals. A sudden cluster of roles in a new department is one of the earliest indicators of a strategic bet.

Leadership

Tracks C-suite and VP-level changes, new executive hires, and organizational structure. New leadership often signals a direction change within 3-6 months.
