The Social Media pillar tells you what a company and its tracked executives post publicly, and how that content lands with their audience.
Social Media pillar showing engagement anomalies tab with major anomaly detection and platform-level breakdown
The Social Media pillar has five sub-tabs: Overview, Executive, Content intelligence, Engagement anomalies, and Ad creatives. Each provides a different lens on social activity.

What it tracks

  • Company posts: activity across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit
  • Executive posting and cadence: individual executives tracked with their content
  • Engagement anomalies: detects spikes above baseline (e.g., “+486% above 90-day baseline”) classified as Major or Moderate, with platform and trend data
  • Content intelligence: themes, topics, and messaging patterns across posts
  • Deleted content: tracks removals detected within the monitoring window
  • Cross-platform presence: where the company is active and where it is silent
  • Coordinated posting patterns: detects when brand and executives post on the same theme simultaneously

Example Intel

  • CEO posting cadence dropped from daily to once per week
  • Product launch post hit 4x normal engagement on LinkedIn
  • First TikTok content appeared after months of zero activity
  • Executive started posting about “enterprise reliability”, a theme shift from developer-focused content
